French – Fast – Fabulous Dinner For 2 in 20 minutes
Ingredients: 2 ready-to-bake 10-ounce Pepperidge Farms® puff pastry cups – 1/2 pound fresh salmon fillet, diced – 5 ounces organic Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche (Whole Foods Market) – 1 tablespoon organic salted butter – 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill – 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Directions: 1. Bake puff pastry cups according to package directions and place on 2 serving plates. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook salmon with butter for 2 minutes. 5. Add Crème Fraîche and cook for 2 minutes. 6. Pour salmon mix equally into puff pastry cups, sprinkle Cayenne pepper, and garnish with dill.
