I am a private French chef specialized in weight loss diets, regimes for professional athletes, organic cooking, gluten-free meals, macrobiotic, and Halal dishes. Cuisines: French, Moroccan, Tex-Mex/American, Vietnamese, and Italian ALL authentic. Inc. Haute Cuisine.
I have trained with first class French Chefs at Les Apprentis Gourmets and L’Ecole Lenôtre culinary schools, which I keep on visiting as to stay up-to-date with culinary trends. I regularly tour European food & wine festivals and local markets and closely follow progress in global agricultural laws and organic certifications. 
I enjoy traveling, food photography, reading, and writing. I recently completed my 1st cookbook “Dinner for Two – French Romantic Dishes Made Easy” ( ISBN 978-1481858441 ) My 2nd book “The French Beans Diet – How to Lose 10 pounds in 10 days” (ISBN 978-1514648377) will be available in October, 2017.
